Respecting Nature We take pride in our nature retreat, surrounded by wildlife and birds. To preserve the natural environment and ensure safety: Refrain from feeding wild animals or birds. Properly dispose of trash and food waste.
Community Respect For a peaceful and rejuvenating experience: Dress modestly in common areas. No smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption (pending confirmation). Absolutely no parties without prior clearance (potential $1,000 fine). No pets due to guest allergies.
Safety and Liability Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and actions while on the property. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from guest actions or negligence. Report any incidents or injuries to staff immediately.
Property and Belongings Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for loss or theft of personal property. Report any lost or stolen items to staff promptly.
Mutual Respect We commit to treating guests with respect and dignity. In return, we expect: Respectful behavior. Zero tolerance for abusive, racist, or toxic behavior.
Quiet Hours for guests Out of consideration for other guests, our quiet hours are from 10 pm- 7 am.
Cancellation policy We recognize that plans can change. However, every effort has gone into being prepared for your stay and last minute changes can have other impact as we are a small business. Please endeavour to cancel your reservation no later than 1 week before for group reservation and 72 hours for all others.
